Welcome to Menada - one of Bulgaria's oldest wineries.
We strive to produce high quality wine combining 100-year-old traditions with an innovative approach.
To be even closer to the people of today, the beloved to generation of Bulgarians MENADA, has stepped outside its boundaries to reappear in a whole new vision - bold, modern, distinguishable.
Domain Menada, established in 1901, is located in the central part of Southern Bulgaria in a region known as the Thracian Valley. The winery owns over 426 ha of vineyards and is one of the leading producers of high quality wines and spirits in the country.
Domain Menada winery has been producing quality wines for over a century. The cellar was founded in 1901 under the name Loza Cooperative. In 2002, Domain Menada became part of the French holding company Belvedere Group (renamed Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits Bulgaria in in July 2015).
The climate and diversity of soils in the Stara Zagora region present great opportunities for viticulture and winemaking.
Our winery benefits from fantastic geography and weather conditions that allow us to grow both exotic international grapes as well as local traditional grape varieties.
