- 2 cups of elderberry syrup

- 2 cucumbers

Cut 2 long strips of cucumber (you can use a peeler to cut long, beautiful strips).
Cut the rest of the cucumber into pieces and blend together with the elderberry syrup in a blender. Add the chilled wine and carbonated water. Serve over ice, with cucumber strips and mint leaf garnish.
